1-2 can of beans (I used black beans)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 hand full cilantro chopped
Chop the chicken and saute in skillet with taco season packet mixed according the directions on the packet. (In the pictures I used leftover taco meat that was done in the crock pot previously).
I got the idea for this recipe from my friend, Geneva years ago. I think it was a weight watchers recipe. I changed it up a bit.
