Oriental Salad Dressing

Best served over an oriental style salad with mandarin oranges and almond slivers.

Dressing:
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 T. sugar
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 T. chopped parsley (dried is fine)
