the yummy fruit dip.....Well, here's a new take on it that I found on The Food Network website.....make it even healthier with veggies. That's
right, chop your veggies into dippable (is that a word?) size and skewer them. You can use simple wood skewers. Then stack them on a platter with a bowl of hummus dip. This is also a fun snack to pack in a lunch for work or a picnic. A fun way to eat veggies. To get kids involved, let them help with picking out the veggies they like and skewering them. You can substitute ranch dressing dip or other dips of your choice.
