2 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 c diced onion (or dried onion)
1/2 c marsala wine
salt and pepper (you can use pepper corns if you like)
dash of parsley
Put all of the above in the crockpot before bed the night before. Cook on low. In the morning you can add chopped carrots, quartered potatoes, or sliced celery. It will be done by dinner time.
