A note about strawberries. Once they are picked they do not ripen. So keeping them out on the counter to ripen will only speed up their rotting process. Store them in the refrigerator till ready to use and do not rinse them until you are ready to use them.

Strawberries and cream are one of my favorite evening snacks!
When you store your strawberries in the fridge, do you keep them in something with a tight seal, or do you allow them some air to "breathe?"
I allow mine to air breathe and we tend to eat them quickly. Fresh strawberries never stay around long here! =0)
(I am Spring's sis in law) My husband and I LOVE strawberries and picked some up at the Farmer's Market this weekend, another good tip is when you refridgerate them, put a papertowel on the bottom of the tupperware, it will keep them lasting longer!
Interesting about the paper towel!
Had this tonight for Dessert but used light coolwhip to make it a little more healthier...trying to stick to WW points so was low in points too....and yummy.
