Miniature Cheesecake

I don't have a picture of these

(not my own picture but these are what they would look like....)

but they would be nice to serve with tea. I got this recipe years ago from my friend, Aly.

3 8oz. pkgs of cream cheese

1 c sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Vanilla Wafers

Cherry, Strawberry, or Blueberry Pie Filling

Soften cream cheese. Put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of cupcake liners, flat side down. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla till smooth. Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake 25 min. at 350 degrees. Cool. Spoon on small amount of fruit filling. Refrigerate till serving.
