1/4 c olive oil
1/2-1 stick butter
1 package pasta
1 c peas
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 of an onion minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp dry basil
dash of lemon pepper
heavy dash of black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1 handful of shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 c of greek feta cheese
1 diced tomato
optional to add: olives, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped fresh baby spinach leaves, capers, or anything else you have on hand that sounds good. =0)
While boiling pasta, saute garlic and onion in olive oil and butter till onions are browned. Add seasonings, peas and any other "optional" seasonings. Saute for about 2 min. Drain pasta and add to butter sauce skillet. Toss the pasta in the butter sauce. Toss in cheeses just before serving. Top with chopped fresh tomatoes.
