I realized that I didn't post a gadget for December. I try to post these mid month and some how missed this one. Could it be all the chaos of Christmas, nay, that couldn't have been it.Well, I got this for Christmas from my sister and it's the coolest thing. We eat a LOT of avocado around here and this thing just made it easier to peel and slice up some avocado.
It's flexible and so you can pinch the sides where the avocado narrows while scooping the whole thing out of the skin in one long swoop. This thing is so cool!
