We love Joel and have several of his books and videos!
He's really inspired us to keep things as natural as possible with our animals/land. We're also learning a lot from our friends/fellow homechurchers who are doing pastured poultry and sheep. Author Michael Pollan spent about a week with Salatin out at Polyface Farm and he records his experiences in Omnivore's Dilemma. Very insightful!
