I wanted to post one more recipe before I take a break till next week....these are super easy and I've been making them for years. I've seen really complicated recipes for these with long lists of ingredients but I still make them this simple unhealthy way, hee hee. Enjoy and I'll see you here next week! 1 bag shredded coconut (5 1/3 cup)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
Mix the above together and drop by spoon fulls onto a parchment covered cookie sheet. You can make them as small or as large as you like. Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown (about 15 min.). Dip in chocolate once completely cooled. I use candy melts brand chocolates for dipping.
