This is a yummy baked dessert. Make this dough recipe:1 tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water
Dissolve yeast in warm water
Add
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp veg. oil or olive oil
2 1/2 cups flour
Mix well till dough ball forms. Dump onto floured counter. Knead till smooth. Press into round circle.
Top with your choice of pie fillings or hot fudge, chocolate chips, or caramel. We did a half and half one. Half was blueberry pie filling and half was hot fudge with chocolate chips sprinkled on top and chopped heath bar sprinkled on top.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 min. Let it sit and cool for a few minutes and then drizzle glaze
over it.To make glaze mix together 2 cups of powdered sugar and about 3-4 tbsp milk.....whisk and keep adding milk till it's the right consistency.
