Mashed Red Potatoes

These mashed red potatoes done in a traditional mashed potato style are so good and leaving the skin on makes them fast and packed with more good for you-ness!

Wash potatoes, slice in half and boil till very tender. Drain water and mash with a potato masher. Add 1/2 stick of butter, 1 c sour cream and a splash of milk and 1 tsp salt or more to taste. Be careful not to mash too much, you want them to be a little chunky for that rustic presentation (do I sound like a real TV chef? LOL. I used the word "rustic" to describe food...now I'm really trendy!).
