I keep trying to find new ways to use my crock-pot in order to simplify my life and I'm happy to say that I'm using it almost every day!
The other day I browned these sausages in a skillet in the morning just for a minute on each side and then cooked them on low in the crock for about another 4 hours. Then they are ready to go for pasta or in a hoagie bun with pasta sauce and cheese on top for a sausage sandwich.
Yes, I know they aren't healthy for you, but every once in a great while I do cook them up for my family who loves them.
