You've seen this one on here already..it's my grill basket for the BBQ. I think the official name is "wok topper". I've tried a few and this one is our favorite. It's great for grilling veggies but also anything that you would normally put on a skewer. It saves you time rather than threading everything on to each stick. ----------------------------------------
It has a non-stick surface but you can still spray it with non-stick spray or olive oil just to be sure stuff doesn't stick. It's a great way to toss your veggies or other ingredients while seasoning them. I've used it for veggies but never shrimp, can't wait to try!
Our grilling season is just about to give way to the rainy season, but I'm so glad you put a picture of the grill basket up. I had not seen one before (I know, I'm very sheltered) but I would so totally use that. Thank you!
