Hubbard Squash


I'd never cooked or eaten a hubbard squash before so this is a first.

Cut the thing in half..which is not easy to do.

Scrape out the insides and steam like you would any other squash or put in your crock for 6 hours on low. This turned out yummy just like other squash. =0)



Serve with brown sugar and butter.
