Pizza Sauce

Well, I finally found the sauce I've been looking for. I put out this recipe request and got no response on anything to try in the comments. But, verbally, my friend, Kiley told me that they love Classico and I think she said the five cheese one. So, I decided to try Classico's Organic Tomato Herb Spice Pasta Sauce. It DOES remind me of what Numero Uno pizza sauce tastes like. I highly recommend it. And no, I did not doctor it at all. =0) We've been using it for our pastas and pizza sauce without adding sugar to it but sometimes I still sneak in some pureed veggies (like roasted red bell peppers and zucchini).

How do you puree your veggies? In a blender?

Good question! Didn't think to put that in there. I use a tiny food processor attachment that came with my blender. But you can use a blender.

In Deceptively Delicious she recommends any of the following:
a food processor
a blender
a bullet (it's a blender for drinks that was an infomercial but you can buy it at Walmart now)
