SHANNON~ I forgot about fish tacos! My hubby and I love shrimp tacos so I'm sure we'd love your version. I've just recently heard about tilapia and I've heard that it's really mild and not very fishy at all. I can't wait to try these! When we do, I'll post it on here. I have a busy week ahead with a family funeral so I'll be posting the rest of this week and then picking up next Tuesday or Wednesday. I hope to try your fish tacos next time I get a chance to grocery shop!

Yay! I am glad that you are willing to try them. When you make the seasoning mix, you don't have to put all of the seasoning on....it really just depends on the amount of tilapia.
I don't know if you have an Albertsons in that cold state in which your live, but I tend to get my tilapia from there because it is already frozen in single servings for $1. We just use 2 servings for the 3 of us.
Cool. I have one on the corner (they are based here! ;0) I'll pick some up next time I'm there.
Costco has a huge bag of individually wrapped and frozen portions.

Great. I will have to check there (Costco) too! I have only seen it where we live in the fresh fish section in really large pieces.
