Corn on the Cob Crock-Pot Style

I've been trying to do more and more things in my crock-pot. I got this idea from another blog (thanks Shannon for sharing that link in the Coconut Rice comments) and so I thought I'd give it a try. Worked wonderfully. Just prepare your corn on the cob (break in two pieces if it won't fit in your crock whole -I had to go back and do that, duh!) and then wrap in foil with all the seams facing up so that the juice of your meat doesn't run inside of it. You can do the same with other things as well.

Place them in your crock on low in the morning on top of your meat or whatever you have cooking.
