I made it today again and for some reason it turned out mushy. I had a commenter make it today as well and they got the same results. I'm not sure what made it turn out differently than the previous times I've made it. All I can think of is that it needs to cook for less time. I will adjust the cooking time on the recipe for crock-pot cooking. Apologies to anyone that ended up with mushy results.
